Multimillion-dollar Mortgage

I’ve wanted to write to you for years, but have been too shy. I just wanted to say thank you. A few years ago we were on a wage of less than $80k a year — with a couple of million dollars in mortgage debt, and credit cards and personal loans up to our eyeballs. I was following advice from property investment books, so I thought we were setting ourselves up for success. How wrong I was.
