About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented, high energy individual to help support our members.

The position has two main roles:

Throughout the day (flexible on times) you will answer emails from our members, update their payment details and troubleshoot any problems they have in accessing our services. Full training will be provided.

You will also provide leadership in our paid online private member community (approaching 10,000 members).

About You:

  • You have worked in an on online support role in the past (bonus points if you’ve done community management).
  • You have experience using online customer relationship management tools (bonus points if you’re familiar with infusionsoft).
  • You have impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • You are task-oriented, enthusiastic, and don’t need supervision.
